By accessing or purchasing from AEREÉ (aeree.in), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. PRODUCTS
We strive to display product colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

2. PRICING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at time of order will be honoured.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing aereejewels@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of AEREÉ and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AEREÉ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of the order placed.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
